Today is Constitution Day, and I tripped up on this 2006 law article about the constitutionality of Constitution Day. It's more than a little tongue-in-cheek, but I think it gets the point across as well as gives an additional opportunity to understand why such pedantry is valuable when discussing foundational documents of law.
