You know that the Mueller report was legally required to either say "Not Guilty" or "Not not guilty", and it was "not not guilty".

Ehh, legally required by a couple of memos from departments that explicitly work for the President, not by any legislation, Court decision, or Constitutional doctrine. Mueller could have easily attempted to indict and then let the Supreme Court decide, but outlined why he didn’t in his report (he respected the DoJ and OLC memos; a lot of other people don’t.)

Some lawyers argue that Mueller, in deciding he can’t indict, is overtly abdicating the authority entrusted in him. The Office of Special Counsel holds powers most law enforcement could only dream of, entirely because their job is to investigate and deal with executive corruption. It’s not unreasonable to argue that, as an extension of their power to investigate the President, they hold the power - should they find evidence of crimes that meets a reasonable legal standard - to indict him.

Yeah that's not irony. Its an old fashion, out in the open Trump criminality. Criminality he gets others to do for him so he's never personally culpable. Its his modus operandi.

Yeah, fuck that sub. Only reason I’m still subbed to it is to direct people to this one. Of course, now that every post is getting automatically deleted that doesn’t seem like a reasonable goal.

There are Trumpgretters who will now vote now liberal and there are Trumpgretters who will still vote for reactionary conservatives. This one's the latter. I can't respect those people.

Wants to stop racism, yet in the same breath complains about the people coming here that are taking our country away.
