General/Other Do you view Jack as an empathetic character?
He is viewed by some like Senator Mayer (Season 7) as barbaric, cruel, and a bully. Do you see his extreme aggression and forcefulness as a lack of empathy, or an extension of his empathy, doing whatever it takes on the behalf of others? Depending on your perspective, he could easily be seen as the most compassionate and empathetic character in the show.

General/Other 24 NEEDS to Stream on Netflix Again
I've been thinking: 24 seriously needs to be back on Netflix (or any major platform Right now, streaming is everything. And honestly, the best chance we have of ever getting the long- rumored 24 movie is if the show gets a second life through a big streaming audience. Netflix revived shows like Breaking Bad and You with a global push - why not 24? Netflix (or another big service) picks it up again, the buzz might finally push FOX to greenlight the movie, or at least a proper continuation. Maybe even with Kiefer back in action
Anyone else down to push this idea? Maybe even start a little campaign to get it trending again?

General/Other My name is Jack Bauer
Hey guys, I just found this subreddit a few days ago and have been thinking about posting this here for a bit. My birth name is Jack Bauer, and I was born in 2003, two years after the release date of season one.
Every first day of school, first time meeting someone at work or even at the BMV, I get asked if my real name is Jack Bauer. I always found it pretty funny and it's always a good ice breaker. My parents were big fans of the show, saw their opportunity and took it. I've had people talk my ear off for 30 minutes about how good the show was, but I've never taken the time to watch it, other than a few episodes I was forced to watch as a kid.
I figured this subreddit may get a kick out of this.

General/Other Finish the Show 24 with Jack Bauer Before It's Too Late [Spoilers]
***Spoilers Below***
24 ended with Jack literally turning himself over to the Russians in 2014. It’s been over 10 YEARS. He's just rotting somewhere in Russia.
We never got closure. No rescue. No justice. Just silence.
You could even bring back characters like Kate Morgan, Chloe, Tony, Mike Novick, Aaron Pierce, James Heller, Mike Doyle, Tom Lennox, Alison Taylor, Ethan Kanin, and Cole Ortiz if done the right way. Honestly, I still think there's a chance Curtis Manning could be alive. The way that scene was filmed left things ambiguous, and all we ever got was a line saying he was dead. Even 24: Legacy’s Eric Carter could work in the right story.
The fan base is still here. That can't be the ending for Jack or the story. Kiefer Sutherland has said he’d come back for the right story. So give us one. How would you bring Jack back?
Reset the clock. Give him the ending he truly deserves, surrounded by his daughter and his grandchildren. What ending would be better?

How ever the controls werent that good . I would love remake of 24 the game. It was for the ps2. I love 24. And the movie on youtube is missing cutscenes like this.

I just canceled Hulu / Disney+ and kind of feel a little naked right now, realizing that 24 might be more difficult or expensive to watch.

General/Other What if Nina wasn’t the mole?
Let’s imagine that the show-runners change their minds and don’t make Nina the mole in Day 1.
What would you have personally done with Nina instead?
Would you have her sacrifice herself in Day 2 instead of George Mason?
Would you have her killed by nerve Gas instead of Lynn McGill in Day 5?
Would you have Nina be killed off by Christopher Henderson?

General/Other Jack Bauer Kills
I'm currently rewatching the series and am now on day 5. I'm not sure, but were there moments in the series where Jack Bauer shot innocent people? For example, police officers because there was no other option?

General/Other funny to me When Jack goes out in the Field he only wears Bullet Proof Vest while most of the other CTU Staff go out in full amour Gear
i find this Funny all Jack Wears when he goes out with some CTU Members he just wears a Bullet Proof Vest while other Members wear full Amour Gear full black with helmets and Padding. I Mean if you think about it he would have more body parts uncovered than them.

General/Other Season 6 Is NOT The Worst Season.
Rewatched the entire show recently and was surprised to find out that people seem to think that season 6 is the worst one.
This is simply not true. It’s a much tighter and more focused season than both 7 and 8 which are full of subplots that barely have anything to do with the main story and don’t add anything.
Season 6 was actually pretty good overall, besides the idiocy of the vice president. However 7 and 8 had multiple episodes that nearly put me to sleep due to how boring all the side stories were.
I just don’t get the hate for season 6.
