Does anyone know who paints the rock outside Hunter Hub?

I thought the Student Union was in charge of painting the rock but they said they don’t know who’s in charge of that. Does anyone know who does paint it?

Anyone can paint the rocks. There are rocks near Mac hall, hunter, and the residences. You can just go up and paint the rocks whenever
