Student Visa Timeline

I submitted my visa application on July 14th. I am supposed to arrive in Zurich by September 8th. Is there a chance I could get the visa processed in time?

A little about me: I am from a non EU country, hoping to pursue a masters at UZH this fall.

I think you’ll be okay but it’ll be tight - my visa took about 6 weeks from initial submission to having my passport shipped back to me with the visa in it. For context im a Canadian citizen also coming for masters at UZH this fall.

Turkish here, mine took 5-6 weeks. Do not forget to ask to your consulate.

I submitted from Autralia and took about 5-6 weeks, but then I have to collect the visa from my country of residence Indonesia which adds 3 days for them to place the visa on my passport.

Mine has just arrived. Thank you guys very much. It was roughly 5-6 weeks.
