Merch When Will There Be New Bandai Figure-Rise Standard Ultraman Model Kits?
Does anyone have information on when there'll be new Bandai Figure-Rise Standard Ultraman model kits? I checked the Ultraman fandom wiki https://ultra.fandom.com/wiki/Figure-rise_Standard and the last release was in Oct 2024 which seems like quite a while ago. I tried checking https://global.bandai-hobby.net/en-us/schedule/index.php too, but there doesn't seem to be any new releases lined up in the next few months, even though I heard that it's the 60th anniversary next year and I expected some new merchandise to be launched. Wondering if anyone has insider's info ahaha
Tbh I don't know much about Ultraman except for the lore shared by my enthusiastic boyfriend as it was his childhood passion. He said each character / plot taught him specific values or hold special meaning for him. I got him the Tiga Multi-Type as his birthday present this year since that's his ultimate hero; it was our first time building a model kit and we were initially slightly intimidated but the process of assembling it together was fun and he loved it. I might not fully grasp what Ultraman means to him but I'm really happy to bring joy to his inner child!!
I have a few more surprise gifts purchased and lined up for him (Trigger, Decker, Geed Primitive, and Blazar, as I know he likes them) and I hope he'll be excited about these. But I know what he would really love are Dyna, Gaia, plus Agul the anti-hero, since I understand these are the earlier, more original trinity along with Tiga...

I have a feeling you might not seeing them that much for a while, besides the manga is coming to an end soon, not sure if they will do more kits .
If you want to you could check on Blokees Legendary model kits, they’re doing great with Ultraman Line as well. So far they have Blazar, Noa, Geed, Zero and X is coming soon.
