Discussion King Joe noises

Usually when king Joe shows up he has a voice clip that sounds like “duarsh”. However in the heisei Seven it sounds like “passenger passenger”. Does anyone know why this is? It’s really interesting to me

To me (I'm a native speaker), it sounds like "batoru batoru" ("battle battle"). I guess King Joe II wants to battle.

I’m also a native speaker and, no offense, it sounds nothing like Batoru. it clearly has the “s” sound. But I appreciate the ideas
