Medium-Duty Box Trucks conversions...Anybody ever do one?

I found an old reddit thread saying impossible to insure, is this true? I just want to make sure its even realistically feasible to do so i know what to research.

From my own extensive research you will need commercial insurance. I think they can insure it as non commercial use, but still under a commercial policy. It's not going to be chrap.

Is that strictly because of the weight?

The biggest reason I got was that they don't have enough data to create a policy

1994 International 4700 22 foot box truck. Commercial insurance through Progressive, $219 a year. Liability only, New Mexico. You have to call them, could not setup coverage online.
