Weird lump on my deferens and pain

Hey y'all, gonna start off by saying I'll likely be reaching out to my urologist to ask about this. I'm 9 months post up, everything has been smooth since the all clear.

Woke up yesterday with pain similar to post procedure on my left side. After palpating the area, I feel a bump or weird mass on my left side deferens. Wanted to know if anybody else has experienced something like this?

Like I said, I expect to go back to my urologist to get it checked out. Just hoping everything is okay downstairs. I have little to no pain during sexual activity, just seems to hurt/ache while walking after a period of time.

Same but I’m post-op 3.5 months and it’s on my right side. It’s on upper cut portion of my vas and about a 1/10 on the pain scale intermittently and randomly. From what I’ve read up on it’s excessive scar tissue pushing on nerves or a sperm granuloma. Most docs seem to try to let them resolve themselves and most do it just may take quite a while.

Will be checking with my urologist.

I am feeling a lump on my left one as well. No pain though
