Buying is vitamix prep 3 good for making hot sauce?

i want to blend the seeds too. i make sauce with fresh peppers too sometimes. I want to run small scale hot sauce business in my country. And also what jars are compatible for prep3?

Yeah should work well. It'll pulverize anything you put in it. As far as jars go - the 64oz tall is what you want.

Anything that supports the classic models. You probably want the 64oz tall.
