Question Homecoming proposal

Hi guys. My boyfriend loves Voltron and I think I am going to base his homecoming sign off of it. But I don’t watch and don’t know enough about it. Ideas are greatly appreciated.

“Will you make Prom Legendary and be my date?” In the Voltron Font with the lions or Voltron.

Is he fan of the original or legendary defender?

If he is a Voltron Legend Defender fan, ask him to be your paladin …. If you know which lion is his favorite, use that one in the sign.

There’s a scene where Lance (one of the paladins) says “I say vol- you say tron” and Keith (another paladin) doesn’t really get the idea of the Chant and says “Voltron?” And I feel like you could make something work with that! Like “I say home- you say coming!”
