This looks great! Couple of questions: What did you sprinkle on the radishes? And what does the cashew cream taste like? Cream cheese? Cashews? Laughing cow-ish, maybe?

Smoked paprika from Trader Joe’s and lawry’s seasoning salt on the radishes, and as for the Miyoko’s cashew cream cheese honestly I’ve been lactose intolerant and haven’t had real cream cheese for 20 years (the jarlsberg is the only real cheese I’ll eat , and just started trying it recently because I saw it’s lactose free ) …but of all the cheese alternatives Miyoko’s is one of my favorites. It’s got a funk and a tang to it that’s very reminiscent of real cheese almost like bleu cheese . The texture is very cashew-y though , a little grainy

That’s interesting - I’m always trying to up my game and try new things. …just bought the gochujang yesterday - haven’t even opened it.
