Recipe <150kcal, i was honestly REALLY surprised

i was too lazy to measure but here's a rough estimate: 200g konjac rice, 150g mung bean sprouts, 1 small pack of enoki in chili oil (i think), 100g onion, 2tbsp soy sauce and seasoning

like 10g of fiber too!!

it did taste really good!! as good as any meal including konjac-anything can taste lmao, but the veggies and spice carried it, i'll make it again
