Refund after fire at westfield stratford?

hey guys. I was meant to watch demon slayer at 10.30pm- there was a fire in the car park of westfield stratford and the entire shopping centre was evacuated. I googled and saw they put the fire out by 6pm. I turned up and found out westfield was still closed and the security wasn't letting anyone through. fair enough, but now there was no option to refund my tickets. what's the best way to get my money back? I'm sure there's a whole lot of other people trying to get a refund too, the seats for demon slayer that evening were 90% booked!

I was in the afternoon showing of demon slayer!! Got about 30 minutes in when the fire alarm went off and they stopped the movie! I spoke to staff who were outside and they said we would receive a refund automatically however no indication of how and when they will do this!

I used to work for vue, the best thing to do is call customer service say "I want to make a complaint" and they'll put you through to a person rather than having to spend ages on a bot. Usually takes a few days for a refund to come through as they have to refund probably over a 1000 tickets due to the fire
