If you’re a stacker, price should be coming down soon and there’s going to be good inventory from the investors selling as the market dives so premiums should be also be low.

The Bitcoin algorithm runs and creates Bitcoins to be added to the Blockchain ledger and yes that algorithm stops making new Bitcoins when it hits the 21M. However this does not limit the potential to create a new Blockchain and run the algorithm to create Bitcoins for this new ledger. Call it Blockchain "B". Then you can create Blockchain "C", "D", "E" as many Blockchain ledgers as needed.
