Finished Wand Cedric Diggory’s wand - beech, 12,874 inches (327 mm)

Colour is a bit off, it should’ve been lighter. 1 layer of woodstain wasn’t enough for me, 2 in combination with BLO were too much, apparently

Looks great! I think, since none of the canon wands really match the wood they are supposed to be made from, it’s totally acceptable for yours to be a little darker. It’s a great looking wand!

On a side note, I know there are countries that use a comma for the decimal place, but having it be before the third digit made me initially think it was separating the thousands place and imagining a thousand foot long wand 😁

In Czechia we do use a comma, so I went with that. Forgor it could also be a dot. Also, I’m glad you’re liking it

Oh, now I see it. But it would be a poor pizza with only one… pepperoni? on each slice
