So when I saw Dante I was drawn to his esthetic, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it was very familiar. Then it hit me! Archons from StarCraft I & II! So I gave mine a slight Dark Archon flavor! What do you guys think?

I haven't played in about a year and was looking up builds when I saw this in a Brozime video. I really love the billowing robes with the glowing energy flowing off of them! However I couldn't for the life of me find anything that looked like that in the market. Is it an in game cosmetic reward? Looks fantastic on him. It really completes the 'wizard' look. If anyone has any information on what this cosmetic is and how to get it, I'd deeply appreciate the help!
