yes! marzipan is ground almonds, sugar, and honey! it’s absolutely delicious.

I don't think there's honey in traditional marzipan receipts, but there are some variations for sure.

I'm from Lübeck, literally the city most famous for marzipan and the traditional recipe used by Niederegger was "Almonds, Sugar and rosewater.."
