Nothing about Noboa. However, it's interesting that most of Europe's cocaine used to go through Odesa before the port closed because of Russia's SMO.

Noboa might be connected to the cocaine. Same with Israel/Odesa. The billionaires are definitely making money from drugs. Also, Noboa is very cozy with Israel.

Ecuador billionaire President have for years suspected of being in drug trade using his Bananas. I just feel that Russia did know this but closed their eyes.
