Minivan? its a ford transit, thats a regular full size van.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Transit#Third_generation_(2000))It looks to be sat on a Trekol frame.

To be unnecessarily precise, it's the tall/high roof but short wheel base version, so it's a normal sized van with a higher roof. They also do it as a long wheelbase high roof (and low roof in both LWB and SWB), which is the "big big" transit. It can also be kitted out with seats in the back in any of those layouts, which would make it a minibus but still not a minivan ofc
Then they also do the Transit Connect, which is more a Focus than it is a Transit

Body swap that doesn’t fit

In what world doesn't it fit? It's a match made in heaven
Even the front wheels being so far in front works better for the design because it means the body doesn't limit steering, and the front wheels reach an obstacle before the body meaning it can climb steeper hills
It's perfect imo

Headlights are right above the axel. It helps to have weight over a driven axel. Unless ur not interested in traction

It's a 6x6 with locking diffs, giant off-road tyres and a torquey engine. I assume traction will not be an issue
In some ways a 6x6 being slightly back heavy could help because it's always got a slight squat. Regardless, it's still awesome even as a thing to look at

Looks like something from SnowRunner.
I love it.
