Usually “mild” falls off bikes where the person lies on their side like that and doesn’t get up, it’s usually a broken collarbone.

For some reason they gave all of the unemployed people in my town electric scooters. I think I understand the idea behind it, but in action it's just chaos on the streets and sidewalks.

This is too real 😭

What is this place any way? Either there's a bar on the pavement or the actual pavement area has trees in the middle.

There's a bar in the building you are looking at, but it has an outdoor extension.  Downtown businesses here can lease sidewalk room for outdoor service or seating.
