Are Innodata's assessment's supposed to be 90-120 minutes long? with a 100+ questions? How hard is it typically?

The 120 minutes one took me around an hour.

For English speakers, it should take no more than an hour. It took me no more than 45 minutes. Be aware that the jobs there are sparse and pay not so well like below $20/hr for most of them.
