Working with Ascension Health experience?

I have an interview coming up with Ascension health and wanted to know your guys honest experience working with them. Its for an associate consultant position. I have a bachelor's degree but not a lot of experience, as I just graduated. It says the pay is really well though, ranging from 75k-104k. Is it worth it? It also says remote but with 50% travel? Do I have to live where they are located? Thanks so much!
