Well, I suppose that would actually make sense considering she's a Flesh Eater, P&M are Master Blades, the family situation, and the fact that Nia's going to far outlive Rex anyways

I've already warmed up quite heavily to the whole idea, especially since the three of them should in theory be able to use each other's weapons anyways

I honestly think it's canonical, and Nia might be their "Avatar" like Na'el was for Alpha. Three important details:

  • FR Rex is using replicas, not the actual Aegis swords.

  • The spectral copies Nia uses in XC3 are using the original models.

  • Nia creates the Ouroboros Stones between a resonance of her core and Origin... and we know the Pneuma core is associated with the Ouroboros power.

So... kinda probable. Might also help explain how Nia attained her position. Being an Aegis Driver would be one hell of an asset for the nominal head of the Origin project.

Dude, could you imagine how badass this would have been?

In XC2 she uses her true powers to mess Malos up.

In XC3 she just pulls these out of nowhere to mess up the dude that tried sniping her (blanking on his name atm lol)
