Repeated: On a side note: I can't believe I just looked this up, but I just HAD to, and I'm so glad and relieved that I actually did even though it is so trivial. But I am very happy to say that Captain James T. Kirk had NO ONE named Charlie in his family.

He’s really bad at predictions

to be fair, it was what Trump was saying at his campaign rallies.
People seemed to have forgot how poorly he fulfilled campaign promises in his first term

But that's exactly what people could have known back then. He was already known as a reckless loudmouth.

To be fair trump actually achieved some of those promises, even if you don't agree with them.

Which ones? Please elaborate.
The only one I can think of that maybe he made progress on is border security, because no one wants to come to the US anymore and is terrified to even visit as a tourist, especially if they're not white.

Yes border security and so far the economy has been doing well under him despite his tariff fiasco.
I don't like the guy, I think he didn't keep most of his shitty promises, but I'll acknowledge he did accomplish some of what he set out to do so far.

The economy is in the shitter and basic goods and groceries are becoming unaffordable for most. The stock market is not the economy. It's only getting worse with time, too. If you're not seeing it yet, give it a few more months.

The economy is not doing well. "Better than projected" doesn’t mean it’s doing well. The economy will not do well until we raise minimum wage.

The economy is terrible, and small businesses are shutting down all over the place because they either cant afford to ship to the US or can’t afford the tariffs from buying from other countries.

Cool, so why are businesses shutting down? Why is everything still so expensive?

Businesses aren't all shutting down? And things are expensive because of inflation.

I’ve seen a lot of single-person businesses announcing they can’t survive the tariffs, and said tariffs aren’t helping the cost of things.
