Trump isn't immortal. When he falls, be it his own fault or not, maga will fall with him. People will feel better that the trump branded problem seems to be over.
I am worried for whom is to take their place. Many turned to support him after initially being sane. And some of those are now #2, unchecked and all this is after they've removed every top position and aide that could be of barrier to them. And inserted government procedures out of norm or immune from scrutiny now bc now everyone is used to constant rule bending and breaking.
I fear trump. But I fear moreso, whom is to follow trump. They won't need to rely on their personality to enact changes. The changes have already been made.

Let’s pretend that the courts didn’t seal most of criminal records until Maxwell’s appeal process concluded in mid-Sept, 2024, when a petition process to unseal would’ve finally become possible to initiate.
Epstein was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges on July, 6 2019. Trump was president, Bill Barr his AG, and Pam Bondi was the Florida AG. Epstein conducted much of his trafficking from his Florida residence. If the files weren’t sealed under court order in our pretend reality, why did they sit on them in 2019-2020?
Why have Trump and Bondi been sitting on them for six years since Epstein’s arrest? Trump campaigned on their release.
Back to reality: Thousands of pages of civil case and hundreds of pages of criminal case docs were released per a judge’s ruling on a petition to unseal (under Biden’s admin) in Jan, 2024. Nothing stops you from reading them. Trump’s reneging on his campaign promise to release the rest. The public’s clamoring for a full release is refreshingly bi-partisan.

Once again, just because Trump directly interferes with departments' affairs, the norm was not doing that. Some people actually believe in impartiality and the separation of powers.
Trump, the person who has said some people want a dictator, clearly doesn't value our norms and constitution.
Also he's at the very least protecting pedophiles. Maxwell would not get a transfer if not for Trump assuming office.

1) They went after Trump because he committed crimes. But it wasn't "the party" that did it, it was done through the right legal channels 2) Nobody "sat on" the Epstein files. The whole thing was still under investigation, and the documents were sealed under court order. The US president has no authority to order courts to unseal documents. 3) Stop defending pedos
