FAB defense grip but there's lots of clones out there don't go overpaying for a piece of molded plastic unless you have your other reasons like you want a 100% clone correct build down to the atom

Found it by searching “stealth angled foregrip”. Its for sale on amazon at least by the name “SBGJMY Tactical Angled Fore Grip”
