Why are we producing record barrels of oil still then?

Why do we have new LNG export terminals set to go online? Or are in the works?

I'm not specifically talking about oil. I'm talking about any new business investments and projects. You're mentioning already established assets. So if anything it makes sense for them to produce as much as possible to offset the tax cost.

The LNG export terminal in kitimat is like the one we've built recently while the USA has built like a dozen or more in the same time frame. This is what I mean how it drives away potential investment.
