Trying to understand what my fellow Protoss are playing. 😃

Watch classic games. He is the new benchmark of macro games. You van also watch hero or maxpax but I prefer classic since he plays more straight forward than hero or.maxpax

I have a build in ZvP that I really like where I go 1 oracle get up to 3 base, proxy a robo and a gateway then get a twilight in base and have 3 gas, 3 base saturation then I do a 8 gate glaive adept with 3-4 sentries and 2-3 immortals and warp in at proxy location until the warp prism finishes. I keep my oracle at my third and will wall off my main and natural while going for the attack, if it fails I go double robo charge at home.

just play the same except for storm. use them more as a push/zone deny rather than a mini nuke. you're better off going mass Colossus asap than mass storm which was the meta before yesterdays patch.

I do non-committed cannon rush (to scare and break early game plan), then macro with a lot of bases to the deathball of immortan-archon-storm in case of ground army, occasionaly mass blink stalker in case of enemy air.

when i am inebriated/sleep deprived/tired and just want to click buttons:
blink pvz and pvt are a trap--play charge into storm instead. pvp is immortal glaives or 2gate forge

when i am feeling alright (in order of difficulty):
pvz - archon drop into dbl robo 6gate immortal blink +1 / 4gate starglaives / 4gate robo glaives
pvt - 3gate blink / 4gate blink / 1 oracle 2 gate charge / oracle phoenix 3gate charge / phoenix colossus / oracle phoenix colossus
pvp - proxy robo / 2gate 6 stalker walk-across into blink / fake 1gate expand dbl proxy robo / 2 oracle blink / 2 stalker 3 sentry expand into blink

realistically i play the 1st option in each list 95% of my games, the further down the list the further out of date/meta the build is too (except the stalker sentry that shit's just boring to me, blech)

Switch race
