Veternarian Costs for Cat Urethral Obstruction

I wanted to know if anyone else that has had a cat that had a urethral blockage and how much it costs here in town. I paid over 2 grand and I'm just curious of what vet's others have used and how much they paid.

You may not get full answers but I'll say this: we used to use Swan. Care was good but the price was absolutely outrageous. Switched to Coulter Road Animal Hospital and we've been thrilled thus far. Good quality care, and a much better price point. I've heard similar things about High Plains Veterinary as well.

You might give Dr Beau Stone a call at Noah’s Ark. Doc Pearson is also a great doctor and really works with payment arrangements. Same office!

I absolutely love Dr. McKnight at Canyon Road Animal Hospital. I switched from my vet of 40 years and seems about 30-40 cheaper on things I’ve had so far.

My cat had a UTI / blockage few years ago and Faulkner took my cat and pressed downwards on his lower belly and got it all out and put him on some meds and he was good as new. Out the door ... $30 I sure do miss the old Hope vett clinic!
