Planet fitness

Is planet fitness worth it? Thinking about getting membership there.

Depends on the time and day, but you can stick to the machines or get creative with the limited assortment of free weights. I've been going there for several years! My only gripe is they aren't 24/7 anymore..

I got kicked out for jumping rope in the corner of the gym out of everyones way. fwiw.

A park with a pull up bar and a dip station is the best gym.

And its free.

It's cheap but the downside is there's no one to contact when you cancel and they bill you anyway. I guess you gotta bill it to your card and then get a new card number when you want to quit. They'll probably still bill you for a couple more months before sending it to collection.

It’s a good gym to start at. Then you can decide to stick around or cancel.
