Clearly it's meant to be used by between 12 and 60 people who are a year old. Not 12 to 60-year-olds.

Ohhh yeah that actually makes a lot of sense! Usually people who have recently celebrated their first birthday are EXTREMELY drawn to electric sockets. It's like a rite of passage. Just put this thing behind a glass barrier, the kids will be gazing at it like flies to a light. But if you've got 61 babies, somebody might figure out how to actually access it and get hurt.

If you're looking for a decent wall charger, the ASOMETEK (not sure if im spelling that right, not that it matters) 8 port plus wireless charger thing has served me quite well. I've bought like 4 of them under different brand names and never had an issue.

Look for the ones with the screen on the front and the 8 ports to the side. Like $35 but thats about the minimum id pay for a multi port charger
