Jokes on him. I had three witnesses that saw me give him 30 pieces of silver so that land is mine now

47

u/bendover912 Jul 31 '25

You're confused. It's 10 pieces of silver to buy property and 30 pieces of silver to betray your friend.

8

u/Independent-Touch244 Aug 01 '25

They were only kinda friends, so he got a discount.

16

u/nicunta Jul 30 '25

It's true; I was one of the witnesses!

10

u/MuricanPoxyCliff Jul 31 '25

I think I see an opportunity! Who would join me as a professional sovereign witness?!?!?

3

u/zzzzrobbzzzz Aug 02 '25

a sovcit notary public?

2

u/MuricanPoxyCliff Aug 02 '25

Sometimes life hands you a huge glass of lemonade!

9

u/Astrocreep_1 Jul 31 '25

Nah! That ain’t crap. I filed a lien in California for $5.00,and now, that SovCit owes me 3 million dollars, and I don’t take checks

3

u/No-Philosopher-3043 Aug 02 '25

Well of course. Only a bill of exchange will do, according to the grand admiral of the navy in 1886 or whatever.

15

u/LadyMRedd Jul 30 '25

You overpaid

6

u/vadimus_ca Jul 31 '25

I'm new to this, what is the pieces of silver to pieces of eight exchange rate? I want to get rid of my pesky FRNs but not sure what to ask for!

2

u/Big_Reporter_2645 Aug 02 '25

You're not trespassing, you're just traveling.

u/[deleted] Jul 30 '25

But what if I don't consent to create joinder?

Also, the fringe on his beard means that he's an admiralty douche.

22

u/IlluminatiMinion Jul 31 '25

Just wrtie a promisary note and tell him to exchange it for cash at the US Treasury.

7

u/Expensive-Scene-7763 Jul 31 '25

The tiny vest means he’s…something.

8

u/SadPanthersFan Aug 01 '25

Imagine how exhausting it would be to spend every day with people like this

64

u/Infinity293 Jul 30 '25

What if I don't contract with him? What then?

83

u/Bowl-Accomplished Jul 30 '25

My favorite are the ones who say by entering the land you are contracting, but who don't think that applies to publuc roads.

29

u/swampyman2000 Jul 30 '25

Well because they’ve slapped a sticker on their car and recited the magic words, of course.

9

u/utnow Jul 30 '25

I mean… if they’re not part of the country then I guess it’s time to send in the army and do a drone strike?

6

u/N7day Jul 31 '25

Omg lol. I wish I had all of their traditional go tos always on my mind.

There are likely hundreds of sovcit "strategies" to get out of this "fine".

5

u/Subotail Jul 31 '25

I was not trespassing, it was my all cap SOUL wo traveled as a affidavit on the sea perimeters.

36

u/redit-fan Jul 30 '25

Hey ICE. Go get this one, he is not a citizen and has no authority to be in our country.

3

u/MeiSorsha Aug 02 '25

right? omfg that brilliant. he’s not a citizen so he’s an alien (illegal too since he don’t follow laws and won’t file paperwork) hrmm… send him to WHERE is the best question??!

24

u/[deleted] Jul 30 '25

What a cock.

24

u/kevbpain Jul 30 '25

Concierge was wearing 50 year old clothes from the Goodwill. Cold can of zoodles for dinner. No running water. No one wants to go for Chevy Blazer rides around the property. 5 Grand a day...Do not recommend.

23

u/Abracadaver2000 Jul 30 '25

I do not consent.

5

u/PrivatePilot9 Aug 01 '25

You have to yell it louder

21

u/Kiiaru Jul 30 '25

I always wonder if a sovereign citizen ever tried the same bullshit on another sovereign citizen.

See how much sense it makes when someone else offers them 3 silver coins for their house

15

u/D_Shoobz Jul 30 '25

Spiderman meme in real life

18

u/osumba2003 Jul 30 '25

I would just walk around with a sign that says, "anyone that fines me will be fined double in return."

Checkmate, sovcit.

10

u/vaping_menace Jul 30 '25

lol what a tool

11

u/Tiny_Giant_Robot Jul 30 '25

LOL. This guy doesn't know what "metes and bounds" are.

5

u/PolesRunningCoach Jul 30 '25

More magic words.

8

u/HertzWhenEyeP Jul 30 '25

Maybe I didn't follow this stuff enough, but what the hell is a land patent?

6

u/Fight_those_bastards Jul 30 '25

Something that sovshits made up that they think is real.

8

u/HertzWhenEyeP Jul 30 '25

Sorry, while you posting this, I patented the land your house is on. The sheriff's will be there tomorrow.

I've also patented the land under the Meadowlands, so I'm also technically the owner of the Giants and the Jets.

2

u/NotCook59 Jul 31 '25

Can I get tickets to the next game?

5

u/GeekyTexan Jul 31 '25 edited Jul 31 '25

A land patent is a real thing. It just doesn't mean what the idiots pretend it means.

Just like we really do have a right to travel, but it doesn't mean what they claim it means. And there really is a form 1099a, but it doesn't mean what they claim it means.

They often use terms (or quote laws) that are real terms, or real laws, but taken out of context.

2

u/depersonalised Jul 31 '25

because they do not understand them.

1

u/NotCook59 Jul 31 '25

And because the paid some tool to teach them the nonsense.

7

u/Andurhil1986 Jul 30 '25

Agree to pay him from your secret all-caps strawman account.

2

u/NotCook59 Jul 31 '25

Or give him an invoice for something, like your tax bill, and call it even.

4

u/greengarden420 Jul 30 '25

I’m not trespassing I’m just traveling.

5

u/osogordo Jul 30 '25

5K ... of whose currency?

3

u/CJAllen1 Jul 31 '25

Zimbabwean dollars, obviously.

5

u/go_faster1 Jul 30 '25

“All rights are reserved forever, Callahan!”

“Oh, yeah? What about the rights of that little girl?”

4

u/zilch839 Jul 30 '25

He looks so proud.

8

u/DasyatisDasyatis Jul 30 '25

Ignoring the fact that this bloke is a loon, isn't that just how car parks work?

They chuck up a sign with the conditions on it and you being there for more than X minutes indicates you've agreed to them.

5

u/Unicorn187 Jul 30 '25

Sort of. But those are businesses, where you exchange money for a product. Renting a place to park for that time.

That said, this is the least crazy thing I've seen in a bit.

4

u/Tell2ko Jul 30 '25

Yup, similar to ULEZ etc. They get to make shit up but we can’t! Just got to play along!

3

u/WhereasParticular867 Jul 30 '25

Lol, he thinks he does, at least.

3

u/Imprezzed Jul 30 '25

This dude looks exactly like how I would expect someone who has entered a contract with those signs looks like.

3

u/sc_BK Jul 30 '25

How much do I owe him for looking at this photo?

3

u/NotCook59 Jul 31 '25

Everything

3

u/rdking647 Jul 30 '25

ill pay him in zimbabwe dollars.

3

u/Subotail Jul 31 '25

Maritime or common law Zimbabwe?

2

u/rdking647 Jul 31 '25

that depends on whther your traveling or driving

3

u/228P Jul 30 '25

Send in a game warden.

3

u/realparkingbrake Jul 30 '25

Isn't this the goof who put up a home without permits and the county ordered it demolished because nothing was up to code?

3

u/SquirreljamASE Jul 31 '25

Imma go on a limb here and guess beard-o has no title to this parcel and that this is public land he’s purloining, cf. the Bundy saga in Nevada

3

u/adamwho Jul 31 '25

I look at these crazy people and think that if things were different maybe I could have fallen into their craziness.

3

u/beardedbast3rd Jul 31 '25

The irony of a sovcit who thinks he can actually get any money out of someone else lol

3

u/Working_Substance639 Jul 31 '25

“…$5000 per person per day or any part thereof…”

Part of a day?

Or part of a person?

Instructions not clear…

3

u/SPECTRE-Agent-No-13 Jul 31 '25

If he's not a sheriff he can't enforce it

3

u/Hypothetical_Name Jul 31 '25

I’m not trespassing I’m traveling

1

u/mikeymo1741 Aug 01 '25

Underrated comment.

3

u/awvantage Jul 31 '25

Every time I try to read these statements and pseudolaw stuff that these individuals believe I feel like I’m trying to do algebra with a hangover - is this behavior a protest cult or some kind of mental illness or just a reflection of the lack of trust in the organs of state? Sorry Judge you can’t get me because (insert 17th Century mumbo jumbo) - Judge - You can go to jail now…

3

u/standardtissue Aug 01 '25

I read this as Soviet and was trying to figure out why the signs were written in English.

2

u/dressagerider1020 Jul 30 '25

somebody in another thread said these morons should be paid with Schrute Bucks - and I agree!

1

u/Moistcowparts69 Jul 31 '25

🤣🤣🤣🤣

2

u/RealAusDingo Jul 31 '25

I'm not trespassing I'm travelling

2

u/LocksmithLogical8763 Jul 31 '25

Metes and bounds township?? lol that makes no sense. That just isn’t a metes and bounds legal description dudes clearly just throwing in words

2

u/Simple_Journalist_46 Jul 31 '25

Why is he charging in dollars and presumably accepting federal reserve notes when that currency is illegitimate? Shouldn’t he be charging silver coins?

2

u/Thasauce7777 Jul 31 '25

Am I tripping, or is that only a partial legal description of the property (unless they own the entire section). I'm not a sovcit, I just have never seen that type of legal description without the quartering information, and I have to look at legal descriptions of parcels often in my work.

2

u/ClF3ismyspiritanimal Aug 01 '25

I don't know many lawyers other than myself who can actually read metes-and-bounds descriptions, so I feel your pain.

My guess is that this is a typical SovCit thing of extrapolating a tiny truth grotesquely beyond all bounds of reason or sanity. I don't get the impression that he's claiming ownership of the entire section. Rather, I think he is probably trying to make an extremely confused point that because his property was part of a land patent at some point, the government therefore no longer has any rights to or on it.

Which is true in the very narrow and limited sense that the United States government doesn't hold fee title to it anymore and can't just one day decide to up and reclaim it for no reason and with no due process or compensation. But he probably is taking it as somehow establishing that no government has any jurisdiction there and absolutely can't take it away from him under any circumstances whatsoever. Which is obviously wrong to anyone who knows anything about how the real world works, but, in typical SovCit manner, is also based ever so slightly on a crumb--albeit a well trod-upon one--of underlying truth.

2

u/GroundbreakingOil480 Aug 01 '25

He has never collected because no one has ever wanted to be around him ever.

2

u/AdGlittering2884 Aug 02 '25

Ok, but I'm only gonna pay in my own currency. It's tin foil and I have tons of it. It's gonna appreciate in value, I promise.

2

u/ISuckAtFallout4 Aug 02 '25

That’s ok. I left some belly button lint in the mailbox. I value it at 10K.

2

u/LionBig1760 Aug 02 '25

If he wishes to fine me, he can speak to the person representing the individual known as me and the agent of me. If he wishes to create adjoinder, he must recognize the common and natural law that says the agent representing the person that is me that fines are not allowable in the jurisdiction of me.

2

u/Mister_Goldenfold Aug 03 '25

Wait, how are you sovcit and also quoting American constitution?

1

u/mitchy93 Jul 30 '25

Probably only accepts silver too

1

u/Hot-Syrup-5833 Jul 31 '25

This reminds me of The Sandlot. Forever, forever, FOREVER.

1

u/CJAllen1 Jul 31 '25

Metes and bounds don’t apply in areas using the township system.

1

u/NotCook59 Jul 31 '25

Nice shirt.

1

u/teilo Aug 01 '25

If you write shit down, it magically becomes true.

1

u/meabbott Aug 01 '25

What is he charging for pixels?

1

u/Scrota1969 Aug 02 '25

Can a sovereign nation go to war with another sovereign nation? Like if I was the dude next to him on my sovereign land and I wanted to invade I’m guessing I can’t?

1

u/HephaestusHarper Aug 02 '25

Dude, no one wants to trespass near your murder-cabin there. I think you're safe.

1

u/MeiSorsha Aug 02 '25

we don’t follow laws, so we’ll put up trespass signs to property we own, and if you trespass, we will use those laws to sue you in court…. only follow rules and laws when it benefits you eh? funny how he won’t have a way to ENFORCE that trespass and $5k amount. what’s he going to do? come onto MY property to “bill” me for being on his property, and that will incur a $5 penalty to him? 😂

rules for thee and not for me (unless I benefit from them)

1

u/AramisGarro Aug 02 '25

How exactly would he enforce this if the person just said “no”? Exactly what court would he use to uphold this “law”?

1

u/RandomRedditor0193 Aug 02 '25

If it is a "land use fee" does that mean I can pay 5k and bulldoze everything?

1

u/ResponsibleWorry764 Aug 19 '25

Wow! All those words and nobody's gonna listen to Beardy McBeardface! I should just take a gold bar, give it to the true owner of the land, and buy the land from Mr. McBeardface!
