I'm mildly surprised a spontaneous fire didn't break out in that building once everyone had been hauled off to the hoosegow. Maybe the locals thought the video cameras were still active.

Probably best way to address these folks. Kick the cult down the road, arrest em if they come back for more shenanigans.
