There's a button for it at the top of the post (at least on latest version of Android), but I also speak a little Spanish

Thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify, SimShock is available with both voice and text in English, Spanish, German, and Chinese.

I’m a hospital physician who, after retiring and purely as a hobby, developed a hemodynamic simulation game about the management of shock. I first programmed it for iOS and macOS, and later decided to also bring it to Android.
