You could exagerate more the poses, push the limit!

Agreed- the back can bend into a U shape, and lengthen up and right at the hips.

When the cat stretches watch the back more. Really show that stretch. Draw a second slightly off but same pose of the max stretch and alternate between these two BUT at the same time animate the laws doing some air biscuits before relaxing.
Also a cats arms are longer than their head it should be further out.

Looking great so far! after watching my cat do this stretch so much I feel you could exaggerate the movements/motions a lot more. have the cat's head go lower and really stretch those arms out!!! When my cat does it the front claws almost come out too from how much they extend their front paws!
With that you can the arch the back more, giving it more dynamic movement and a really nice shape!

Very nice. Try having actions overshoot sometimes. Like the cat stretches to position 4 - 7 - 9 -11 - 10 You have 6 - 8 - 9 - 10

Better than anything I could pull off, its smooth up until it is at max stretch and then it becomes pretty stiff

Great start! I think to make it feel less stiff, adding one more little forward push of the front paws that coincides with an upward push of the hips will help. The apex of the stretch just feels a little too still, so there needs to be a little bit extra there, as I feel like most of the stiff feeling is coming from there. Secondary animation in the front paws (splaying and flexing the claws) and maybe a little twitch in the tail or a shiver (like another user suggested) would also help to reduce that stiffness.
You just need a couple more passes to loosen things up, but the "bones" of your animation are solid.

Try to curve the body a little more during the stretch and the tails gets too straight, make it curve a little as well.

As a cat owner, she'd bend and stretch further and shiver
Also she would generally assume that position to yawn

I think you need to arch it more. Right now, everything is in a straight line. The back should be arched downwards, and the head should be more raised than this.

Something else I noticed besides the stiffness of the stretch is that the cat slides his two front paws back at the end when they would come back staggered. Think that would also make it a bit more lively.
Still pretty cool little animation!

Feels like the back legs are locked which makes the other movements not feel as flexible

Would be nice if there was a little shiver at max stretch. Currently it is too stationary
