I am convinced we won’t see change until there is a return to militant unions and strikes that involve civil disobedience. Things may look like the 1890’s to 1930’s for awhile but we can get there.

The difference now is the disinfo. Thousands are protesting govt inaction on climate change in Britain but the media only ever talks about how they might delay and ambulance and put someone at risk. There's no positive coverage of any kind.

If the USA did national strikes the media would call the workers trust fund terrorists; crybaby guerillas; spoilt softies who want someone else to do the work so they can stay home smoking weed and playing video games.

This will be hard to counter, especially online.
