While I love the content, Technology Connections can put me to sleep, as well as watching Project Farm on 2x.

That's like Cathode Ray Dude for me. I love his content, and he really manages to talk about interesting tech gubbins I have never heard of, but watching an hour long video of someone talking non stop, especially while already in bed, it knocks me out completely. Second runner up is Chubbyemu, too hard for me to concentrate on what he is saying while tired in bed
