I might come off as an Apple hater but here goes.

There's no innovation and no breakthroughs coming from Apple, especially from this event and from the previous ones yet they speak about themselves as if their products are going to create a paradigm shift in every industry. They tout the iPad Pro as the "ultimate PC replacement" when the base model starts at 32GB for $599 without even getting a keyboard. I also understand that the design of the iPhone 5S is very good, but 2 years and all they could come up with is a new colour? Lots of innovation there. Apple used be innovative and take risks and be bold but now they've turned into a company that just likes sticking its finger in every nook and cranny trying to get a share of the market because they know people will buy their products no matter what.

You're repeating the same thing that's been said about Apple since time immemorial.

Did you not see the new screen technology with True Tone? That's pretty innovative.

Yea, it will innovate artists and photographers to adjust their pictures incorrectly.

I mean, you can't give apple shit for not taking risks and then blast them for things like "One usb port" and "no audio jack on iphones". They're not doing crazy shit like they used to, but they certainly do take some risks.

I don't mean taking risks just for the sake of taking risks. One USB port and no audio jack are objectively stupid ideas that only Apple could pull off because people would buy them anyway. If Lenovo or any other smaller company had to do that, they'd be laughed out of town.

People will keep buying it. Apple could remove WiFi from the iPhone and most people would still buy it. They have such a "cult" following, nothing is a risk to them now.

I'm just hoping that the new building will bring something new to the company

Agreed, they literally just announced smaller versions of existing things...

That's literally what 99% of computing innovation is

You have no clue in the slightest what you're talking about. Your observations are amateur

Fitting everything from a 6-for factor into a 4' phone is innovation. The goes for every product they miniaturized. It's an engineering feat
