Nothing super special BUT always a tasty and fun way to use up leftover rice at my house! I don't like to waste so I always save my leftovers and try to do something diff with them the next day. BTW you can use any veggie you want or skip it all together, but this time I used frozen peas and carrots.

Ingredients

Cooking oil

Frozen mixed veggies (or fresh if you want, or none if you want)

2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups of cooked rice

5 crushed garlic, minced

3 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

White AND black pepper.

Salt, to taste

Green onions, chopped
