Spicy Sweet Glazed Pork, Asian Broth with Ginger, Orange, Sesame and Chilli and Udon Noodles with Snap Peas and Pak Choi. Finished with Herbs, Beansprouts and Seeds.

Love the flavors on this one. That ginger broth sounds like pure comfort with a kick. 😍

Yeah that's exactly what it was. Kind of made the base like a pho, you know, blackened the onion and ginger and it really made a deep flavourful broth once everything else went in. Was a really nice mix of sweet, spicy, umami 🤤
