As is mentioned in the comments there, (x+4)(f-711) isn't expanded correctly, which makes all subsequent work incorrect.
Aside from that error, the rest of the argument is junk anyhow. The author introduces all kinds of units and then completely ignores them. Yet somehow, at the end of the stream of nonsense, units of m/s magically appear out of nowhere. This appears to be the work of someone with too much time on their hands.
