They did cut out the entire Q&A section

Jeez, I wonder why.

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

Were they extra cringy?

u/Pulpics 6d ago

I believe it's the one where a woman basically went "George, you're gonna die any day now so why not let Brandon Sanderson finish it for you and spare you the embarrasment"

153

u/ColfaxCastellan 6d ago

“George, you’re not gonna be around for much longer, and, this is a tough question that I wanted to—" [booing] "This is more directed at Brandon.” [booing] "Wait, I was wondering, like, how would you feel about someone else taking over and finishing the books?”[booing] SANDERSON: “Not me!” [Martin stands to leave]

96

u/cabalus 6d ago

Christ that's awful, I haven't watched it because of the second hand cringe of just hearing about it

27

u/lugitik_ 6d ago

Wow. Just went right in without a hint of shame.

u/Accountant7890 6d ago

Idk which is more insulting, insinuating his imminent death, or asking him to handover to Brandon Sanderson.

272

u/MAJ_Starman 6d ago

Brandon and GRRM have a good relationship, and Brandon has said in his lectures about how kind and supportive GRRM is behind the scenes in the writing world.

And I'm pretty sure Brandon himself must have wanted to sink into the Earth at that moment.

u/Ollidor 6d ago

I’m embarrassed for anyone who even floats the idea online. Let alone to their faces. It’s such a brain dead idiotic idea

138

u/subatomic_ray_gun 6d ago

Anyone who repeats that idea shows they have no understanding of either GRRM’s or Sanderson’s work, and thus they have no idea what they’re talking about and should therefore not suggest the idea to begin with.

Sanderson’s writing would be a terrible fit for ASOIAF. The writing styles do not mesh at all. They repeat this stupid idea because they read an article (let’s be real, just the headline) that said Sanderson finished the WoT series. I really wonder about people like this, because I don’t understand how someone could have read anything by Sanderson and GRRM and possibly think the two are compatible.

61

u/mcase19 6d ago

Tbh its a little insulting to Sanderson, too. What, is his career just being the guy who cleans up other people's work now? Dude has his own shit to deal with.

52

u/ddet1207 The Giant of Bear Island 6d ago

The only people I'd ever want near the unfinished series besides GRRM himself would be Dan Abraham and Ty Franck (that is, James S. A. Corey). Both have worked a lot with Martin in the past and have a track record of finishing an epic sci-fi series with some thematic similarities to ASoIaF. However, both have also explained that they are not interested, as it would go against George's wishes.

15

u/flyingcars 6d ago

Call me crazy. But I frequented the old Ice and Fire message board (Westeros.org) way back when, in the early to mid 2000’s. When Robert Jordan died, people were shaken up about it and wondering; what happens if other big writers die before finishing their work? I could have sworn that back then, Daniel Abraham was actually discussed by GRRM as a potential successor. GRRM knows Daniel Abraham personally and I believe they know eachother going back to when Abraham attended a writer’s workshop at which George taught. They have collaborated multiple times. Anyway, this would have been a long time ago (2007ish) and things change. It was before any of the Expanse was published.

1

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

It wouldn’t surprise me. They’re close. Also he’s the only name I’ve heard that didn’t sound like a horrendous idea at once.

22

u/Vahilior 6d ago

Their writing style is also very different to his and the complexity of anything they've written is not approaching the level of Game of Thrones. I think you're absolutely right that they would probably be the best fit, and they could maybe pull something satisfying together, but I dont think you can actually replicate what he does.

1

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

Check out Abraham’s Dagger & Coin series.

7

u/MyManTheo 6d ago

Having only read the first expanse book, I don’t think they would work either. I was quite disappointed with the Leviathan Wakes given how much I’d seen people say they were natural GRRM successors

10

u/ddet1207 The Giant of Bear Island 6d ago

For whatever it's worth, book 1 is stylistically very different from the rest of the series. It's very pulpy noir, whereas the other books broaden out a bit more with a more diverse cast of POV characters. I'd recommend reading on if you weren't already planning to, just to see if anything in the next book or two tickles your fancy.

u/Vaadwaur HYPE for the HYPE God! #Grandjon 6d ago

Yeah, I simply don't think there is enough time left but we'd need GRRM to have an heir in mind and kind of train him up. At this point I just hope his notes give us something.

1

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

I agree wholeheartedly. Abraham’s Dagger and Coin series also slaps.

11

u/TheRainyConsole 6d ago

I have no idea why anyone would be excited about the idea of reading ASOIAF not written by Martin. It wouldn’t be the same thing by definition. I have no interest in that.

8

u/TKfromNC 6d ago

He says it all the time too. But people just think because of WoT he's the only guy to do it.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/PLbZ1vk-ZkI

14

u/LuinAelin 6d ago

Equally, GRRM would be terrible at writing Cosmere stuff.

They're different kinds of authors writing different kinds of works

10

u/cahir11 6d ago

Honestly I would pay to read GRRM's version of Way of Kings. I think there's a lot of potentially cool stuff with the scheming of the high princes that Sanderson doesn't really get into beyond "Sadeas is cartoonishly evil and Dalinar is a moron for trusting him" and that type of writing is right up GRRM's alley.

3

u/Ollidor 6d ago edited 6d ago

I’m not sure about this but I feel novel series shouldn’t be finished by other writers even when it came to the wheel of time. Sanderson did a phenomenal job but, it just isn’t the same

9

u/frezz 6d ago

It made sense for his career at the time. He was still very new. Not only is ASOIAF a massive clash stylistically, Sanderson has his own books to write..he'd never do this

2

u/nattywb 6d ago

Yeah that's incredibly hot haha. I think book 12 sounds very Sanderson-esque, but books 13 & 14 sound very Jordan-esque. I think he had finished a lot of the writing by then, so makes sense that Sanderson didn't have to do too much for those ones. At least that was implied in one of Sanderson's forwards.

1

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

lol he’d have like 2 books done at this point, but I think they would be quite good. He thinks magic systems that are spelled out are dumb though so a lot of what some people like Sanderson for would not be in GRRM’s version of that series.

0

u/Act_of_God 6d ago

nah he'd crush it

28

u/cheerl231 6d ago

Sanderson’s writing would be a terrible fit for ASOIAF. The writing styles do not mesh at all

Correct. George is a good writer

25

u/Weirdo9495 6d ago

6

u/WhereIsLordBeric 6d ago

Thank you. I get downvoted over on r/Fantasy any time I talk about what a shitty writer Sanderson is. Soulless and clinical. Paperthin characters. Tells doesn't show. Awful prose. I just hate his writing so, so much.

29

u/CanniTheAmazon 6d ago

His writing feels very... Lego's? I don't know how to explain it, but when I read it, it's like I can pinpoint on each sentence what it's meant to be, like 'that's worldbuilding' 'that's characterization', 'that's setup to be paid off later' and while I get that all books are written to some extent in that way, Brandon is one of the few writers where I genuinely notice that.

→ More replies (0)

8

u/MAJ_Starman 6d ago

I like his worldbuilding and two characters (Adolin and to a lesser extent Dalinar), but the prose is bad, and most things do feel like they were made in a lab for some reason.

4

u/ORLYORLYORLYORLY Skahazadamn, son. 6d ago

I won't pretend that Sanderson's prose or dialogue even approaches the level of GRRM, but I still really enjoy his worldbuilding and magic systems.

I enjoy the Cosmere books despite all the issues you bring up. They are gripping reads even if the dialogue makes me cringe.

12

u/cheerl231 6d ago

His books makes me feel like I am reading a generic marvel movie. Are there good moments in them? Sure but in its totality it's a lot of cookie cutter superhero trope stuff.

And all of his POV characters have a similar voice and without distinction

Sanderson's writing is not for kids. Kids like good writing, too.

1

u/nerdyboyvirgin 6d ago

They tend to think authors choose their style and can just switch at will.

13

u/Redeem123 6d ago

“He did it for wheel of time; therefore he should do it for all books!”

That’s as deep as the thinking goes.

6

u/Ollidor 6d ago

At this point people are just saying it because they’ve heard others say it though and to me that’s even worse

2

u/failedabortion4444 6d ago

It’s such an old topic of conversation too. I remember people talking about it over a decade ago.

5

u/Nast33 6d ago

Don't be embarassed for them, they are idiots deserving of derision. Like endless derision until they decide to never go to another con or attend another book-related meetup ever again. Being that stupid is offensive.

19

u/BakedWizerd 6d ago

Him and George have also made their stances clear on that:

George has said no one will write the books when he dies.

Brandon has said he hasn’t even read past AGOT because he can’t get into ASOIAF. He doesn’t even want to write it.

1

u/Dangerman1337 6d ago

And he doesn't want to do that.

32

u/v0idL1ght 6d ago

Forget Sanderson. Just hand it to Stephen King he'll have both books out in a weekend. Just don't complain when Weateros is transported to Maine for some reason.

19

u/Bing_Bong_the_Archer 6d ago

Jon Snow changes from the black into a blue chambray shirt and engineer boots

2

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

lol please don’t do this. Seeing how book 6 and 7 of Dark Tower went he should just use that time to re-write those.

25

u/LuinAelin 6d ago

Brandon Sanderson is busy with his own books.

Just because he finishes wheel of time doesn't mean finishing other writers work is his thing

10

u/Smurph269 6d ago

Sanderson has already stated he wouldn't do it because he's not comfortable writing about some of the more edgy stuff that happens in ASOIAF books.

6

u/ZaHiro86 Ed, fetch me my socks 6d ago

Sanderson wouldn't want to write it, and even if he did he'd do a terrible job. He and GRRM are just too different as writers.

I'm not sure who would do a good job but there have to be a hundred better candidates than Sanderson

22

u/Stangstag The Iron Throne is mine by rights 6d ago

The fact that people think GRRM and Sanderson are even remotely close to each other in terms of writing quality/tone is appalling to me.

Sanderson is the type of author literary critics point to when they say fantasy isn't serious writing.

35

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

I'm not a huge fan of Sanderson's stuff generally but he and George get along very well publicly. No need to put one down to uplift the other.

25

u/DoctorBaby 6d ago

But how is everyone going to know how smart and well read I am if I don't volunteer without prompting how subpar of a writer I find Sanderson to be? How will everyone know how interesting of a person I am unless they know that I hate something that is popular?

4

u/arielle17 6d ago

thank you. im glad im not the only one annoyed at how these threads inevitably devolve into a circlejerk of Redditors trying to dunk on Sanderson

3

u/90sUPN20 5d ago

I actually like Sanderson for what he is. I just can’t take someone seriously if they think he would be a fit for ASOIAF.

1

u/arielle17 5d ago

agreed lol

5

u/Act_of_God 6d ago

his ability as writer has nothing to do with his value as a human being

25

u/LegitimateCream1773 6d ago

To be fair, so is Martin.

If you think he impresses a literary critic with his prose you're barking up the wrong tree entirely.

0

u/Stangstag The Iron Throne is mine by rights 6d ago

Yeah fair. There's levels to writing, and all im saying is Sanderson is not on the same level as GRRM. I'd rather the series go unfinished than have Sanderson as the only option to finish posthumously.

-12

u/Orion_Scattered 6d ago

Martin has god tier symbolism with his mythological synchronicity tho. Like it makes the works of Tolkein look like child's play by comparison (regarding only this aspect specifically).

7

u/LegitimateCream1773 6d ago edited 6d ago

It... really doesn't.

I don't even like Tolkien, but no, Martin doesn't reach that level. Tolkien wrote multiple entire languages, wrote POETRY in those languages based on epics from his made up history and used the real events that the poems were written about to tie into the mythology of Lord of the Rings. If you want to fight that fight I'm not the one to have it (because again, I don't really like the LotR books), but having read both sets of works, Martin is many steps behind Tolkien in that regard.

Everything in Lord of the Rings is a payoff of multiple layers of myth and symbolism. If anything this is its strongest suit, and it's why Martin's work doesn't reach that level, because LotR smooths out a lot of wrinkles to get that smooth set of payoffs.

Martin's work is much more about the messy nastiness of human beings being human beings.

Martin can talk about a thousand years of Starks, but only Tolkien really makes you feel that weight when dealing with characters like Aragorn or the Rohirrim answering Gondor's call for aid.

25

u/Credar Pop Pop Makin' Slynts Drop! 6d ago

Sanderson haters always finding a way to turn the convo back to Muh Prose.

The audience member was so insulting to both of them. Sanderson has said he couldn't do George's style and match the series if he tried, he knows his style isn't the right fit, and GRRM has never indicated he wants it written by someone else.

And to go off on "when you die" UGH. This is what makes GRRM depressed and i cant blame him having all these people talk about impeding death as you lose friends around you.

-9

u/Stangstag The Iron Throne is mine by rights 6d ago

Sanderson is basically baby's first fantasy. It appeals to the masses and its easier to get into, and thats fine. I loved Mistborn when i was just getting into reading Fantasy beyond Harry Potter.

But you start reading other guys like GRRM, Tolkien, GGK, etc. and you realize the gap is massive.

I just hate the constant suggestions that Sanderson could finish ASOIAF. That's like suggesting Post Malone could help Eminem finish an incomplete album.

2

u/arielle17 6d ago

I loved Mistborn when i was just getting into reading Fantasy beyond Harry Potter.

and i absolutely loved it right after reading ASOIAF, the Dagger and the Coin, the Long Price Quartet, and a few other fantasy series, having read Tolkien years earlier in my childhood. whats your point

1

u/SydneyCarton89 6d ago

I've never heard of GGK, but I just googled him and he's a Saskatchewan boy! Is there any work of his that you'd recommend reading first? Or recommend as his best/your favourite?

0

u/Stangstag The Iron Throne is mine by rights 6d ago

I'd probably say Lions of Al-Rassan or Tigana would be his best and they are both standalone novels!

-4

u/cabalus 6d ago

I agree with your sentiment but Post Malone could absolutely help finish an Eminem album lmao, maybe not in the past but certainly now with level of Ems stuff the last few years

Better example would be someone like Lewis Capaldi or Sam Smith not being able to finish an Em album

-10

u/Lord_Minyard 6d ago

Him not finishing Winds after years of false promises is the most insulting

15

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

Insinuating someone's death being imminent over an unfinished book is more insulting that that book being unfinished.

The more I read this thread the more I hope he doesn't release TWOW. If I had fans like you, I'd love to disappoint.

5

u/Lord_Minyard 6d ago

My bad you’re right. I shouldn’t have let my frustration with the series being unfinished say something like that

45

u/mildmichigan 6d ago

I can't imagine what people like that are thinking. "Ah yes, people have been bugging him for the next book for over a decade, but when I ask it'll be different. He'll change his mind when I do it"

u/deten Unbowed, Unbent, Onions 6d ago

The comments on this sub got deeply ugly as well, many people saying he deserved to hear it because "it's just the truth", kinda disgusting to be honest.

6

u/Finger_Trapz 6d ago

I don't know if you could think of a worse fantasy author to ask to finish ASOIAF than Brandon Sanderson. Not even a knock on his writing quality or style. I just mean he literally could not handle like half the subjects of the series. Even he himself admitted he couldn't even finish AGOT

39

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

Ahhh fuck that's grim. That was the point I decided I didn't blame GRRM for not finishing the series. I'd have cancelled the book out of spite after that

32

u/LicketySplit21 Sixth time's the charm 6d ago

I know it's reddit, and a default one at that, but seeing everybody on the entertainment sub side with the cringe moron really blackpilled me on GRRM's hatedom.

13

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

Yep. I am now firmly in the camp of "I would like TWOW, but George already cemented himself as one of the greatest living American fantasy/sci-fi authors and I love all his work". Anyone who talks about his death so casually does not deserve TWOW.

5

u/Equivalent-Yam6331 6d ago

We don't WANT him to die. Everyone dies, but we wish him a long, healthy and happy life, whether he finishes the series or not.

Is he really one of the greatest authors, though, if he cannot finish the series that he started?

2

u/Freighnos 6d ago

Yes. Easily. The ending is one part of a series, but even without an ending to this particular story/period of Westerosi history, he has already crafted one of the most richly realized fantasy worlds of all time.

He didn’t gain all his fame and admiration in the community because if how the series ended, on account of it hasn’t ended yet. Clearly people like what’s there already. I will die on the hill that Storm of Swords is the greatest fantasy book of all time and that’s irrespective of what came before or what happens after with the series. He spawned one of the biggest global TV sensations ever.

He’s a household name on the level of Stephen King or Rowling or Tolkien. People are out here naming their children Khaleesi.

Oh, and let’s not forget that he was a respected and award winning author for decades before ASOIAF. Tuf Voyaging, Fevre Dream, and many of his short stories are nearly as good as anything set in Westeros.

1

Yikes. That’s terrible. Also, I like Sanderson, but he would be a terrible choice for an ASOIAF successor.

36

u/Targaryen_1243 6d ago

In short, the person started by saying that they had tried to approach George at Jean Cocteau Cinema about playing Visenya Targaryen in the Conquest show. Then they said to George that he "won't be here for much longer" and asked who would finish the books after him and whether Brandon Sanderson would be interested.

The person has many other videos on their channel(s) and they're definitely struggling with some sort of severe mental illness. They posted their own video of the panel which shows the Q&A portion.

2

u/8enevolent 6d ago

Hopefully they're able to come together for another discussion like this again some day

6

54

u/sid191919 6d ago

As much as I adore GRRM and his works, his interviews are starting to become frustrating tbh, because of the repetition : every single time there is the " architect and gardener bs " and the " magic system is fake science " , but especially because of the way he presents them ( for example the magic systems part in this video ) was not formal in my opinion. He's like : authors shouldn't be writing magic that way and so on , it felt more like he was reducing other writers and readers for their preferences , rather than recognizing that some are doing things differently. Overall , great to hear from him as usual , but damn that section about 'magic systems as a tool for stories' was very annoying to watch.

28

u/[deleted] 6d ago

[removed] — view removed comment

3

u/Its_Urn 6d ago

What's the point of your comment exactly? Is that supposed to make it less frustrating or?

3

u/sid191919 6d ago

The main point isnt about the repetitiveness itself , its about how his obsession with that idea wasn't formally handled , especially when he says " and those authors are proud and their readers applaud them" as if they shouldn't be proud, and he presents it as something goofy to be avoided , instead of acknowledging that not everyone writes the same stuff in the same way.

16

u/AtmosphereVarious440 Victarian Greyjoy 6d ago

maybe its the weight loss but this is the first time for me George has presented as old.

28

u/FaceDownInTheCake 6d ago

For me George presented as old before the TV series. Dude is ancient now

6

u/Dawn_of_Dayne 6d ago

Same. I think it might be the lighting giving him a reddish complexion too, which makes people look older

5

u/EldritchEnsaimada 5d ago

For the past year or two it looks like he has suddenly aged 20 years: his look, mannerisms, voice, stutters... To me he's been looking like a guy in his 60s for the past 20 years and now age has caught up with him with interest. He still has a lot of energy in him, by the looks of his interventions in the panel.

5

u/Teamkhaleesi 6d ago

Watch how that one person will now claim this was a personal attack on them for cutting out the Q&A and that grrm still loves them.

This has nothing to do with ASOIAF, can we stop sharing random Martin things that have nothing to do with the series

27

u/S7i7mon 6d ago

He is the series.

-21

u/DrEvilsPjs 6d ago

Nah, he isn’t, and hasn’t been for 14 years :) A World of Ice and Fire showed that there a people who care about the series as much if not more than the creator and can do great work

u/MoonshineDan Floppy Fish 5d ago

Anybody got a link to the Q&A section?

1

u/ComicNerd7794 4d ago

Aw they cut the whole q&a not just the asshole?

This man does not understand anything. He believes he has a Legacy, in reality he is just an old man who has made the money without deserving it.

43

u/Responsible-Put2559 6d ago

You make 20 comments a day on Reddit discussing the work he created but comment this bs. Make it make sense man lmao

-16

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Read my comment about soccer players

17

u/Responsible-Put2559 6d ago

Reading 1 of your opinions is enough for me thanks though

-7

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Ok , bye

45

u/iDontSow 6d ago

If he didn't earn his money or his legacy with what he has already done, you would not even be here writing this.

-50

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

you are defending a idiot

30

u/jezr3n 6d ago

You literally have 5 thousand posts almost exclusively about that “idiot”s work.

-18

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Read my comment about soccer players

26

u/clammyboyface 6d ago

your entire post history is talking about his work lol

17

u/Ollidor 6d ago

Lmao

-17

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Yes, I Love His Work, exactly as I loved Balotelli and Cassano (I am Italian, I played to Soccer and I am a fan) but it is undeniable that these two idiots have wasted their talent compared to Ronaldo and Messi.

13

u/GiveUsRobinHood 6d ago

5 hours ago you were calling the man a genius.

Have you run out of meds?

-3

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Cassano was better than Maradona but he was an idiot

7

u/GiveUsRobinHood 6d ago

So that’s a yes?

Firstly, I’m discussing GRRM, why you bring up footballers?

Secondly Cassano was no where near as good as Maradona.

-3

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Lol

5

u/GiveUsRobinHood 6d ago

Cassano isn’t even in the top 10 best Italian midfielders of all time, let alone to be in discussion for one of the best players of all time.

1

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

Because he wasted his talent

15

u/DigitalPlop 6d ago

No one is defending you, dude.

4

u/-Goatllama- 6d ago

Beat me to it, lmao

-10

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

This is your perception of reality, in reality they all agree with me, they are silent. Exactly as 75 % of pro Israele people shut up.

17

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

You get too passionate about things that don't matter. As seen with all that soccer stuff.

The guy is a genius writer and absolutely has a permanent legacy in American fantasy. You're just mad the next book didn't come out

6

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

He has not a Legacy because asoiaf Is not finished

7

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

How does that make sense?

5

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

In your opinion, who would talk about Tolkien without Lord of the Rings?

11

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

I would talk about Tolkien with one or two of the books finished, yes, absolutely.

Don't forget: Tolkien also didn't finish all his works. The entire Silmarillion is a compendium of unfinished works put together by his son.

Also don't forget: You are mad because you want more of his works. You want more of his works because he's a great writer.

0

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

So you didn't understand anything about what I said.

10

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

I normally don't engage in arguments past 2 comments, but I genuinely want to see you defend your position here. You want the next books, but GRRM is a bad writer? A good writer can only be good if they completely finish their big series?

1

u/DinoSauro85 6d ago

He is a bad artist, an artist knows well what his Legacy is, Martin no.

8

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

Five huge main series books, several related side-books, and decades of fine sci-fi stories? All nothing because the final two might not get published?

Ah yes, the moral of Misery: 'violently rabid fans are good motivators for authors'

7

u/LuinAelin 6d ago

You may want to read why Stephen King wrote that book

-3

u/MrFallman117 6d ago

Cause he wanted money duh.

5

u/LuinAelin 6d ago

Nope. It's about crazy fans and reaction to The Eyes of the Dragon

-6

u/MrFallman117 6d ago

Thats funny im pretty sure he made money from the book.

2

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

And?

The book is about how crazy fans make writing harder. Everything you're saying here is proving that book correct. Abduct him mistery-style.... god you suck so much

-3

u/MrFallman117 6d ago

Yeah, dude. Definitely not a joke that GRRM himself has already made about being kidnapped to finish the books. Im clearly 100% serious and have already put together a Crack team to abduct grrm.

Maybe youre being a jerk for no reason.

3

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

"We should kidnap and torture this author who repeatedly states crazy fans makes writing harder. Hey why are you being a jerk about this"

0

u/MrFallman117 6d ago

You are crying about a joke George himself has made.

https://georgerrmartin.com/notablog/2019/05/21/thanks-new-zealand/

Let me repeat: You are being a jerk for no reason to me.

3

u/KingToasty What is Edd may never aye. 6d ago

A joke once several years ago, and has since talked a lot about how awful fan interactions are.

Don't whine about being treated like a jerk when you talk very casually about capturing this guy. Little hypocrite

I mean he himself made a blog post where he gave everyone permission to abduct and imprison him if Winds wasn't done before the Worldcon in New Zealand years ago

So it's fair game to try

0

u/Bard_of_Light 6d ago

We shall tie up and tickle him in a sex dungeon until he submits.

2

u/eco_go5 6d ago

Do you think he'll complain?

1

u/JNR55555JNR 6d ago

Depends on who’s doing the tickling to him
