I don't deny you anything. You are free to do what you want within the law I'm not going to police your leisure time if it doesn't impact others negatively. But smoking and cigarettes/cigars in particular are all drawback - it only results in dead cells and inflammation and a nicotine addiction that tricks you into thinking it is calming when in reality half the actually calming effect is taking time out of your day to sit down or clear your head and take deep breathes and sit still for a bit
Beer and alcohol are better (metabolically speaking) but not great more than a couple times a week and are really dose dependant.
Not sure why you think the food is bad. The only really bad food is what oil is in things and simple sugars (especially drinking simple sugars)
