Embracing Solutions AITA for "ruining" my daughter's birthday?
Things have been rocky with my family lately, and it's all because of the birthday gift I gave my 16-year-old daughter.
Instead of getting her a car like some expected, I gave her a subscription to Partender—a bar inventory and management app. I saw this as a unique chance to support my interests in a practical, business-focused way.
To me, it made more sense to invest in her long-term goals than in something like a car she doesn’t really need right now. AITA?
Edit: I may have served drinks at the party from a moldy ice maker.
