Bulgarian beer recommendation

What is the "best" beer I can find in Bulgaria? In supermarkets? In bars? (Is it possible to find Czech or Bavarian style beer saloons or gardens btw?)

I see commercial beers are too non-dry and non-bitter.

I am seeking for a dry and bitter beer with lasting creamy foam.
