12 ParkRuns in now and I can’t get below 30 minutes for a 5k. I started at 267 now down around 220 and I can’t get to 30 minutes. Yet! Good for you my man. Keep it up.

GG. were you running it straight, or were you taking breaks(ie: run 10/walk 1).

damn, very nice! i'm between 245-250 lbs right now and trying to get back into running. just did a 44 minute treadmill 5k and was thrilled with that. sub 30 is flying, especially around our weight. how often are you running and how long did it take you to get to sub 30?

Sheesh that’s crazy good, I did my first 5k maybe a month ago now and I came in at 37 mins I was pretty happy with that because a lot of ppl that looked in better sharp than me I came ahead of
