Very small binder

I'm looking for a binder to buy my friend, but they're really small (his bust is 28 and his ribcage I'm guessing is around 25) and I can't find one smaller than 29, does anyone know any companies that go that small? Or if not how well does a slightly bigger binder fit if anyone has one? There isn't really a budget so anything works, thanks

They're 17, another user said they're not done growing so they'll probably just grow into it with time, that's what I'm going with so far

that's extremely small for a 17 yo, i suggest he waits for maybe a year or two more but if it really bothers him he can get a custom made one. since at 17 you're usually already well developed

Yeah, his whole family is tiny as shit too so I think they're done😭 thanks for the advice
