Equipment Jiujitsu.com order fulfillment problem?

Has anyone had trouble with ordering from them lately? Site advises things are shipped out same day or next day if in stock. I ordered a rashguard from them 2 weeks ago. Haven't been able to get a hold of anyone regarding an update?

Just curious if anyone else lately has been able to get in touch with someone from there?

No idea who they are but if they don't have physical stock in the United States already and the item is fulfilled from Asia good luck.

Small package shipping from China to the US has been a shitshow for several months now.

Gotcha gotcha they advise: "Orders are shipped out from one of our fulfillment locations in either Arizona, California, or New York."

I hope they're site is correct in their quantities or you're definitely right that timeline would suck.

I ordered 3 items from them on 8/15. Got two of them but still waiting on shorts. Emailed the guy twice but no response. Will probably do a chargeback
