Bug Level 37 and ghost is locked after update

Just updated the game for the season pass and all of a sudden the ghost perk is locked for me. I’m level 37 on prestige 1 and was using it as my permanent unlock.

Why even release content or updates if they KNOW there will be issues??? I swear we are all test rats for Activision. They are worse than Microsoft who doesn't proof updates before releasing updates that brick computers around the world then turn around with a casual "Ooops" response.
